DESCRIPTION:​OKIB Youth BGCO Gym time \n@ ​Boys and Girls Club Okanagan Gym \nJanuary 6th\, 2023  \nFor ages 5-12 yrs old \nOKIB is pleased to begin offering regular unstructured play at the BGCO gymnasium\, where youth will be provided the opportunity to play without adult intervention. Youth activities workers will simply set out the allotted equipment for the day\, and let the children lead the way\, supervising from afar. \n  \nUnstructured play happens when children follow their instincts\, ideas and interests without an imposed outcome. It provides the opportunity to develop physical\, mental\, emotional and social health while contributing to risk management skills and resilience.
