DESCRIPTION:Rescheduled Yuwipi Ceremony – February 11th and 12th 2 Head of the Lake hall \nYuwipi is a traditional Lakota healing ceremony. During the ceremony the healer is tied up with a special blanket and ropes\, and the healer and their supporters pray and sing for the healing of the person who has asked for the ceremony. The ceremony is for the benefit of our community. Women will be required to skirts during ceremony\, women should not attend if on their moon cycle. Another requirement to be sober four days before February 11th\, 2023. \nDoors will Open at 4:00pm and Close at 6:00pm \nFor more information please contact Grant Louis at 250-306-7179 \n
