10:45 – Gather at the OKIB Veterans monument by the Band Office and old Council Chambers on Westside Road.

11:00am – Ceremony commencement at the OKIB Veterans monument. Honour song, laying of poppies and playing of the last post.

12:00pm – Lunch & Displays following at Head of the Lake Hall
