Mental Health First aid course

The Public Safety Team invites you to join Mental Health First Aid facilitated from a First Nations perspective for Community members and Front Line workers.

The 20 hour course:
Strengthen skills to help those concerned about changes affecting their mental wellness.

Increase of the signs and symptoms related to changes in mental wellness.

Reduce stigma about mental wellness and provide information about appropriate supports.

Dates: April 24, 25 & 26, 2023
Time: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m… ~ light snacks and lunch
